Over the years, we at ETN have worked on the concept of training in mobility, we have thought about how an agency should be, we have defined processes, identified roles and functions, and worked on building quality in the three aspects of training, logistics and support.
Over the years, we have created a network of specialised agencies in seven countries to better meet the needs and the general experience of the training in mobility.
In each of these, students can find professional figures who will support them during this experience, from planning to evaluation of the acquired training.
In particular, we have defined 6 key roles present in our agencies, who will accompany the student on their path.
The Agency Manager is the person who guarantees the quality of the projects, coordinating the team and making sure that all the services organised and provided have a high level of satisfaction and meet the expectations of the partner.
They take care of the relations with the teachers and manages the relations between the agency and the territorial stakeholders.
The Operations Manager is the professional responsible for administrative procedures with schools and organizations (invoices, budgets, agreements, etc.) and takes care of all travel logistics. They take care of the agency accounting and is responsible for the relationship with the various service providers.
The Student Welfare Officer is the professional that takes care of the logistic aspects and the general well-being of the experience. They take care of finding the right accommodation and ensure the general well-being of the students.
The Experience Tutor is the best friend of students abroad! He/she welcomes them on the day of arrival, accompanies them to discover the city and organizes daily activities that allow students to get to know and fully experience the city that hosts them.
